Delivery times may vary based on your location. However, we guarantee prompt dispatch from our EU warehouse. Please refer to the transit time displayed at checkout.
For countries within Europe we strive to deliver within 3-7 workdays. The expected delivery timeframe depends on the country and will be visible at checkout.
For countries located outside of Europe we strive to deliver within 10 work days. Contact our customer service before placing your order, to get the latest update on your region.
The price for delivery will be visible after choosing the destination country at checkout. Avoid any delivery delays by entering your full address at the checkout page.
Returns & refunds
If you would like to start a return, you can reach out to your customer support here, in order to start the return. At Nicoking we offer a 7 days timeframe to start a return, from the date you retrieved your goods.
Once your return has been received, you can expect the refund to be processed within 7-10 workdays, to your original method of payment.
All products must be in their original state (sealed and closed) in order for the reimbursement to be processed.
